The site and the products we sell are for adults 21 and older. By entering, you confirm you are at least 21. Every in-store purchase of tobacco and related products requires a valid government-issued photo ID, as California law requires. We may refuse any sale.

Information only, no online sales

The site gives general information about our shop. We don’t sell anything online. Products shown are examples. Prices, selection, availability and hours can change without notice, so call ahead if you are looking for something specific.

Use of products

Products are sold for legal use only, in line with their intended purpose and the law. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a health claim.

Our content

The text, photos, logos and design on this site belong to Lion Empire Smoke Shop or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission. Brand names of products we carry belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

The site links to services such as Google Maps and Instagram. We aren’t responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Lion Empire Smoke Shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under California law.
